We take a £150 booking fee at the time of the booking to confirm your wedding date. Paying this deposit is your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
Your wedding date is confirmed only once we have received your booking fee by credit/debit card payment.
Once the booking is received you will receive a booking confirmation document confirming the details of your booking.
The booking fee is non refundable unless cancelled by Becca.
Any cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to the wedding date are still required to pay 100% of booking.
All payments for the trial are required on the day of the trial.
We reserve the right to insist on a minimum spend during our busy months and on Saturdays.
If you would like to reduce the size of your booking once the deposit has been paid you are still required to pay for the miminum booking.
Bride only bookings are required to pay an extra £150
Travels charges are required out of the 20 mile radius of Northallerton at 65p per mile.
If public transport is required I will give you a quote for this. Parking costs are chargeable to the client.
The trial is normally 1-3 months before the wedding date and is held at my studio within Victoria Robson Bridal.
During busy periods it might not always be possible for us to schedule trials at the weekend. Trials cannot be held on a Saturday, Sunday’s are available.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities.
All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to me prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the beauty artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used on social media unless the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in writing.
If a second makeup and/or hair trial is requested the same fee applies as for the first trial.
Individual lash application is included in the price of the makeup service.
The client is still liable to pay for the hair and makeup trial even if they do not want to proceed with booking the artist for their wedding.
Payment in full is due 1 month before your wedding date.
