How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once you've completed the booking form, and paid your deposit, I’ll promptly send a booking confirmation email.
How do I pay my deposit?

I send a payment link via text and you follow the link for the online payment.
How long before my wedding day should I come for a trial?

Around 6 weeks prior to the big day is a perfect time. By this time you should have your dress picked and what hair accessories or veil you may want to wear.Your hair will also be more or less the length and colour it will be on the big day. Too far in advance isn't recommended however, I appreciate that many brides that live overseas are restricted as to when they'll be in the UK.
Can I have a trial before I secure my wedding date with a deposit?

Yes, no problem at all, I may not be able to fit you in immediately during peak season due to high demand, so you do risk losing your wedding date without securing the date. I do not hold a date without a non refundable £100 deposit.
Should I do anything in preparation for my trial?

I normally ask for you to wash and blow dry your hair the night before, avoiding heavy conditioner and oils/ serums. I don’t have hair washing facilities at my studio.
If you can, arrive with no make up and cleanse, tone and moisturise beforehand. If that’s not possible, don’t worry I have a full skincare kit.
Bring with you any hair accessories or veil too. If you don’t have these, don’t worry I have a selection you can try.
How long does a trial take?

I allow 4 hours for a hair and make up trial. 2 hours for either hair or make up.
I’m based in North Yorkshire but can travel throughout the UK and worldwide. Accommodation and flights if required would added onto the final bill.
Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes, £350 is the minimum spend (UK) £700 (destination wedding), That does not include the trial or accommodation/flights.
